Glenn Kesselman, Founder and President
Glenn has been involved with information security since high school, founding Suburban Security Systems, installing commercial and residential security systems and CCTV. His career has spanned numerous computer hardware and software companies, with roles that included product management, business development and sales. Glenn had a parallel career with the Army, retiring as the CIO/G6 of the 91st Division. He is the President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA), a member of the Electronic Crimes Task Force and Infragard. He brings his ample and eclectic experience to help clients fulfill their information security objectives.
Phil Pavay, VP of Sales & Business Development
Phil brings over 20 years of sales, partnership development and leadership experience to his role at Kesselman & Associates. Having held senior level sales and business development roles in security and cloud/virtualization organizations, Phil delivers a robust solutions oriented business and technology approach to today’s challenging enterprise security needs. His philosophy is to build long term and trusted relationships with clients and partners to solve business problems and deliver excellent value. Phil is a member of the San Francisco Bay Area Infragard and Electronic Crimes Task Force; and is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel.
R. Bruce Schulte, VP Latin America Sales & Business Development
Bruce is a pioneer in IP Networking in Latin America. In 1999, as Representative for Lucent Technolges in Ecuador, his company CyberCom hacked Lucent WaveLan cards to run on Linux, resulting in one of the world’s very first wireless routers. He next founded Stealth Telecom, among Latin America’s first Wireless Internet Service Providers, with links running hundreds of Km’s through the Andes.
Bruce has designed and implemented IP-based communications systems in 20+ countries – from Afghanistan to Zambia. He volunteered to help set up emergency comms for the 2015 Syrian refugee crisis in the Greek Islands, and for the aftermath of the 7.8 scale earthquake in coastal Ecuador in 2016.
